Quality Assurance

We have a Quality Assurance system to monitor and document any and all issues. From a plant level, management have oversight of reported issues and activity is monitored at the department level. Our quality assurance system was developed in line with best practices from Bangkok Cable. Furthermore, we have implemented automotive core tools such as failure mode and effect analysis and root cause analysis based from our lean manufacturing principles to solve various problems. Our close relationships with automotive manufacturers have allowed for the adoption of systems and processes to optimize our own manufacturing capabilities.
